Refund Details

Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and the conditions under which we process returns and refunds for our artisanal sarees and jewelry.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and artisanal packaging intact. Due to the delicate nature of Kanchipuram sarees and specific jewelry items, returns are subject to a quality inspection. If an item is returned in damaged condition or without its original packaging, a partial refund or rejection of the return may occur.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
Please note that custom-made sarees or personalized jewelry pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
